Geumneung Wondam Festival

A signature local festival hosted by residents to preserve and pass down the 'Wondam'—a traditional stone weir and a unique piece of Jeju's fishing heritage. Visitors can learn about the history and structure of these ancient fishing structures through hands-on experiences. Held around Geumneung Beach in Hallim-eup, Jeju City, the festival features various cultural events, including guided educational programs on the Wondam.
