정물알오름은 금악 이시돌목장 내 정물오름의 서쪽 기슭에 위치한 원추형의 작은 오름입니다. 정물오름에 딸린 오름이라는 뜻을 가지고 있으며, 오름 앞에는 물이 깨끗하고 양이 많아 과거 마을 사람들이 물을 길어다 마셨던 정물샘이 있습니다. 한림읍 금악리에 위치한 아담한 오름으로 자연 그대로의 아름다움이 특징입니다.
