Songnim Banjum

Located at Seomun Intersection in Jeju's old downtown, Songnim Banjum is a historic Chinese restaurant with a 70-year legacy, originally opened by a Chinese immigrant family in the 1950s. It is widely acclaimed for serving the best Gan-jjajang (black bean sauce noodles with stir-fried ingredients) on Jeju Island. The restaurant specializes in authentic, old-school Chinese cuisine, featuring signature dishes such as Gan-jjajang (6,000 KRW), Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork, 15,000 KRW), and Jjamppong (6,000 KRW).
