Every dish features broth made fresh every morning and noodles crafted from mulberry leaves. The menu offers a diverse selection, including sea snail and abalone kalguksu, sea urchin kalguksu, and black soybean mulberry leaf kalguksu, alongside crispy sweet and sour pork.
