Waheul Buckwheat Village
Located in Waheul-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju, this buckwheat village serves as a hub for the local 6th industrialization community project. Spanning a vast 330,580㎡ (approximately 100,000 pyeong), the fields are famous as a premier photography spot, with white buckwheat flowers blooming in full splendor every May and October due to Jeju's double-cropping cycle. In May, the village hosts vibrant festivals and various hands-on experience programs. The 'Meonnamaru' rural experience and recreation center features a restaurant and seminar rooms on the first floor, accommodations on the second, and a rooftop offering breathtaking panoramic views of the buckwheat fields. Most experience programs are designed for groups of 10 or more, and the lodging facilities include both group and family-style rooms.
