Cafe Suldoga Jeju Badang
Run by a family of farmers who grow their own produce in Jeju, this brewery crafts traditional medicinal liquor (yakju) and rice wine (takju) using Jeju's natural volcanic seawater. Guests can enjoy spirits aged through meticulous low-temperature fermentation. Located in Jongdal-ri, Gujwa-eup, the brewery offers hands-on traditional brewing experiences and complimentary tastings.
