Susan Reservoir

Nestled at the foot of Susanbong, Susan Reservoir is an expansive artificial reservoir covering approximately 100,000 square meters. Originally created in 1959 for agricultural purposes, it is located near Olle Trail Course 16 and serves as the home to the Susan-ri Black Pine, a 400-year-old natural monument. The reservoir is a popular destination for fishing enthusiasts seeking carp and crucian carp at any hour of the day or night, and it is also widely cherished as a tranquil spot for peaceful walks and soulful healing.
