Sanbangsan Yongmeori Coast Geological Trail
Centering around the majestic Sanbangsan Mountain and the coastline, the Sanbangsan Yongmeori Coast Geological Trail weaves together the stories and landmarks of Sagye-ri, Hwasun-ri, and Deoksu-ri villages. The trail includes the scenic Hyeongje Coastal Road, which has been designated as one of Korea's most beautiful roads. Divided into two routes—Course A and Course B—spanning a total of 13.2 km, the Sanbangsan Yongmeori Coast Geological Trail offers a window into 800,000 years of Earth's history. Visitors can witness the primal beauty of ancient Jeju while exploring the Yongmeori Coast, Sagye Port, coastal sand dunes, the Hamo Formation, and even fossilized footprints.
