Ahopgut Village Nakcheon-ri Rural Experience Village
Located in Nakcheon-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju, Ahopgut Village Nakcheon-ri Rural Experience Village is a designated traditional rural theme village recognized by the Rural Development Administration. The village's name carries a special meaning: it refers to the nine springs (gut) found here—a rare sight on Jeju Island—and symbolizes the promise of nine wonderful blessings bestowed upon every visitor. At the Nakcheon Chair Park, you can admire a collection of over a thousand uniquely shaped and named chairs, all handcrafted by the local residents. To complete your journey, the village also offers engaging traditional food programs, such as making barley pizza and bread.
