Tohyang is a brewery dedicated to crafting traditional spirits using 100% Jeju eleuthero (ogapi). Their signature 16% ABV liquor offers a perfect harmony of refreshing acidity and subtle botanical sweetness. In addition, their restaurant located in Namwon-eup, Seogwipo-si, specializes in exquisite dishes such as Okdom-guk (tilefish soup) featuring thinly sliced radish noodles and expertly grilled fish.
