Dreamland Children's Library

The Kumbadang Children's Library was originally a local space where presidents stayed during their visits to Jeju Island. Since its establishment in 1984, it has been used on eleven occasions by former presidents Chun Doo-hwan, Roh Tae-woo, and Kim Young-sam. After being removed from security in 1996, it was also briefly used as the official residence of the Jeju Governor. Returned to the residents of Jeju in 2014, the building, after much discussion, was renovated into the Kumbadang Children's Library in 2017.
