Doldamhangil Pension

Namwon-eup in Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island, is a village known for having the best weather in the island. In the spring, the Bracken Festival, featuring Jeju's famous specialty, is held here, and the scenery of ripening tangerines is so beautiful that it is referred to as "Gyullim Chusaek" (the autumn landscape of ripening tangerines). Even Jeju residents say that Namwon-eup is a wonderful place to live. Doldam Hangil Pension is a detached pension that feels as comfortable as your own home, created by remodeling a 72-year-old traditional house into a modern style. It is not a large-scale accommodation facility but operates with only two guest rooms, giving it the feel of a modest Jeju living house. However, upon entering, the exposed ceiling rafters from 70 years ago exude an old-world atmosphere, while the main bedroom features a cypress wood bed that promotes healthy sleep and offers a panoramic view of the tangerine orchards outside the window. Although the exterior resembles an old house, all facilities, including the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, have been renovated into convenient modern amenities.
