Jinmine Restaurant

Jinmine Restaurant is the 6th branch of the 'Making Delicious Jeju' initiative, which reopened in 2014 with recipe transfer and remodeling support from Hotel Shilla. The restaurant's signature menu, the Jinmi Set Meal, is based on the concept of a healthy, well-being meal prepared with a mother's care, offering a hearty meal featuring dishes such as Gangdoenjang (soybean paste stew), grilled fish, rolled omelets, and Dombe-gogi (pork belly).
