China Massim
China Massim is the 19th restaurant of the 'Making Delicious Jeju' initiative, which reopened in 2017 with the transfer of recipes and remodeling support from Hotel Shilla. Hotel Shilla chefs selected Seafood Jjamppong, Abalone Jjajang, and Menbosha as new menu items based on market surveys of the surrounding area, and these three dishes have firmly established themselves as China Massim's signature dishes to this day.
