Umblangdi

Umblang-di is the 21st restaurant of the 'Making Delicious Jeju' initiative, which reopened in 2018 with the transfer of recipes and remodeling support from Hotel Shilla. Although 'Umblang-di' sounds like French, it is actually a combination of 'Umblang,' a Jeju dialect word meaning "tremendous" or "amazing," and 'di,' which means "place," resulting in the meaning "an incredible place."
