Dosol Village

Dosol Village is a specialized traditional Jeju confectionery workshop founded and operated by master artisan Oh Jeong-ja since 2009. The shop specializes in making *gwajeul* using 100% pure juice from tangerines grown on their own farm. This unique treat features a traditional method where barley flour dough is fried and coated with grain syrup and puffed millet, uniquely infused with the refreshing aroma of fresh Jeju tangerines.
