Mulme Volcanic Cone (Mulmi, Susanbong)
Located in Susan-ri, Aewol-eup, Mulme Volcanic Cone (Mulmi, Susanbong) is a small volcanic cone featuring a natural pond nestled within its circular crater. Historically, it was called 'Mulme' due to the spring water found at its summit, while its name 'Susanbong' stems from its role as a beacon station during the Joseon Dynasty. You can hike to the summit by following Jeju Olle Route 16, passing through the scenic Susan Reservoir and the majestic ancient black pine trees along the way.
