Samsaseok Rock

Designated as Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Monument No. 4, Samsaseok is a historic site steeped in legend, said to be the place where arrows shot by the three legendary figures—Gosin, Yangsin, and Busin—were once embedded. The site features a stone monument erected in 1735 by Magistrate Kim Jeong during the reign of King Yeongjo. Located in Hwabuk-dong, a central area of Jeju since the era of Tamna, Samsaseok stands as a testament to the island's rich history.
