By roasting premium beans in-house, they offer a sophisticated selection of hand-drip coffees, including varieties such as Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G2. Guests can indulge in their signature A/B coffee full course, which features a delightful combination of Dutch coffee, homemade blueberry yogurt, and refreshing tangerine ade. Beyond its brews, Dixie also hosts unique one-day classes, such as making lipsticks or compact powders using natural horse oil.
