Population of Hackberry, Myeongwol

Designated as Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Monument No. 19, the Population of Hackberry, Myeongwol is a protected natural heritage site of immense biological value. Among the trees forming this grove, ten specimens stand as magnificent landmarks, reaching heights of approximately 13 meters with a diameter at breast height of around 5 meters. These trees are characterized by their distinctive oval-shaped leaves, measuring 4 to 11 cm in length, with fine serrations along the upper edges.
