Standing at an altitude of 326 meters, Yeongjusan Mountain is a parasitic volcano characterized by its distinctive horseshoe-shaped crater that opens toward the southeast. Thanks to its gentle slopes, the hike from the entrance to the summit takes only about 30 minutes, making it an easy trek for all ages. It is widely regarded as one of Jeju's five major mountains, alongside iconic landmarks such as Hallasan and Seongsan Ilchulbong.

Ohyeondan Altar was built to honor the five distinguished scholars (Ohhyeon) who contributed significantly to the advancement of Confucian studies during their exile or service as defense commanders in Jeju during the Joseon Dynasty. Designated as Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Monument No. 1 in 1971, the altar was reconstructed in 1892 following suggestions from local Confucian scholars after the destruction of Gyullim Seowon. Today, it also serves as a peaceful resting place, where massive, ancient trees provide refreshing shade for visitors.

Located in Gujwa-eup on the eastern side of Jeju, Yongnuni Oreum Volcanic Cone stands at an elevation of 247.8 meters and is uniquely distinguished by its three craters, a rare feature among Jeju's 360 oreums. The site is beloved for its gentle, flowing ridges that resemble the graceful curves of the human body. Depending on the season, the landscape transforms beautifully, draped in lush green grass during spring and summer, and shimmering with silver eulalia grass in autumn and winter.
